PrismaNote runs smoothly on your existing Windows 11 PC or a tablet, without the need to purchase additional hardware. A new device isn’t required. If something is missing or you want to upgrade your system, we’re happy to help you.

POS System 1

This Windows 11 “slim-size” PC with a touch and swipe screen is a fully functional POS system. The system comes with 8GB of RAM and is priced at €999 excl. VAT.

The POS-1 comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. After the warranty period expires, you are eligible for a discount on a new device. You pay € 50 per elapsed month for a replacement unit.

POS System 2

The PrismaNote POS system runs flawlessly on this high-quality Windows 11 PC with a bright 17-inch touchscreen. This is a premium POS solution. Thanks to its powerful processor, the system operates extremely fast, even during intensive daily use.


The device comes with 1 year of manufacturer’s warranty.
Available for € 2,199 excl. VAT.

POS System 3

An attractive option is to purchase a tablet stand in combination with your own tablet. This allows you to process payments anywhere in the shop. To prevent theft, additional security options are available for the tablet.


If you choose a tablet with a keyboard, we recommend using an iPad with an Apple keyboard or a Logitech keyboard.

Printer

Do you use a tablet as your POS system? In that case, please make sure that the other devices can also connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. For printing receipts and end-of-day reports, a reliable receipt printer is essential. Looking to purchase one, or is it time for an upgrade? Then consider one of the options below.

Zebra barcode scanner

A reliable barcode scanner also works via Bluetooth. For example, the LI2208 is a solid choice. The wireless Zebra DS2278, supplied with a base station, is also an excellent option and available through us.

Label printer

The Zebra ZD420 is an excellent example of a reliable printer for printing labels directly from PrismaNote. It is available through us for € 479 excl. VAT.

We also supply label rolls. These are available from stock and offered in a wide variety of types.

Camera
